This will allow the clock-in/clock-out times to be as precise as possible, and directly enters these times into Votive! Here's how you can request QR codes for your facility.
How to Request a QR Code
If you need a QR code for your contract staff, simply send an email to our support team at [email protected]. Please include the following details in your email:
Your facility name
Your parent companies name
The amount of QR codes you need
Multiple QR Codes or Replacements
Should you require more than one QR code, or if you need replacements, we can accommodate these requests as well. In your email to support, please specify the quantity and the reason for needing multiple or replacement QR codes. We understand that managing a facility often requires flexibility and rapid response, and we are here to help ensure you have all the tools you need.
Delivery of QR Codes
Once your request is received, our team will prepare the QR codes and send them to you. We offer mailing services to ensure that your QR codes reach you promptly and efficiently. If you prefer digital delivery, please mention this in your email, and we will provide you with the QR codes via email.
