What do I do if my join link is not working or has expired?

Due to security protocols, Votive cannot resend invite emails to users. These emails must be sent by your company-wide administrator or Subject Matter Expert (SME).

If your Votive join link has expired, please reach out to your company-wide administrator or SME to have them resend your invite email. If you're unsure who your SME is or can't get in touch with them, please contact Votive support at [email protected] for additional assistance.
