Set up a Staff Report on your HR management system: Most HR systems allow you to build a staff report and export it to a CSV file. You need to create a staff report that includes all the necessary staff data that you wish to import into Votive. Automate the Exporting Process: The next step is to set up an automated process that exports the staff report to a CSV file every night. Check your HR management system's documentation or reach out to their support for more specific information on how to automate this process.
Provide SFTP Credentials to Votive: Once your automated export is set up, provide your SFTP credentials to Votive. This will allow Votive to securely access the CSV file and import the data.
Votive's SFTP Server: If you do not have an SFTP server, Votive can provide an SFTP server where the exported CSV file can be uploaded. This service is available for an additional monthly fee.
