By granting Votive access to your facility in the NHSN, we can make submissions to them on your behalf, provide some NHSN support, and add new users in case your facility gets locked out due to staff changes.
Please follow the steps below to grant Votive access to your facility in the NHSN.
1. Sign in to the NHSN and choose your facility.
2. Click on "Add" under the "Users" menu item on the left. The account you are using does not have the appropriate permissions to add new users to your facility if you do not see "Users" in the menu.
3. Enter the below information into the new user forum and click on the "Save" button.

User Type: IT – Professional

4. On the "User Rights" page, check the boxes next to Administrator, All Rights, Staff/Visitor Add, Edit, Delete, and Staff/Visitor View.
After the above user has been added, Votive will verify access and contact you if there are any issues. Additional backup user accounts will automatically be added to your facility to ensure continued operation in the event of NHSN issues and to provide support without impacting other user accounts. These accounts are created under the email addresses [email protected] and [email protected]
