Removing a Facility from Votive

If your facility has been diversified, sold, or you no longer wish to use Votive's services, please contact [email protected] to stop services with Votive. If your company or facility has any outstanding invoices, you must settle them before cancellation.

If you have integrated Votive through the PointClickCare Marketplace, Votive cannot cancel your account directly, as your Votive account is linked to your PointClickCare account. You must to go through PointClickCare to cancel the integration. Once the integration is canceled with PointClickCare, your facility's account with Votive will automatically be canceled. Cancellation can also occur if a PointClickCare account is closed due to the sale or diversification of a facility.

Failure to properly cancel your services with Votive may result in continued billing of services with unpaid invoices being sent to collections.
